Who we are

All Peace Realty LTD. is a licensed real estate brokerage in Beaverlodge, Alberta. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information through this website, in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact or property inquiry forms, and your name and email address when you sign up for listing emails. For listing emails we also record when you agreed to our Terms of Use, when you confirmed your email address, and the IP address used.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it uses cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

Saved homes: properties you mark as favourites are stored only in your own browser. We do not receive them.

How we use it

To answer your questions and provide the real estate services you ask for; to send listing emails you have signed up and confirmed for; to keep the site secure and prevent spam and misuse; and to improve the site.

We only send listing emails to people who have signed up and confirmed their email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not provide your identity to any other organization for compensation without your consent.

We use trusted service providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), Mailgun (sending email), Google Analytics (site statistics) and MapTiler (maps). Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. You can ask our Privacy Officer about our use of service providers outside Canada.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including the record-keeping rules for Alberta real estate brokerages. We use reasonable security measures to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from listing emails at any time using the link in any email. You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, by contacting our Privacy Officer.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca).
