This website is operated by All Peace Realty LTD., a licensed real estate brokerage in Beaverlodge, Alberta. By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Listing information

Property listings on this site are MLS® System data provided by Pillar 9™ and displayed under its Internet Data Exchange (IDX) rules. Listings from other brokerages are identified with the name of the listing brokerage.

The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by Pillar 9. Listings can change or sell at any time. Please confirm all details, including measurements, taxes and availability, with a REALTOR® before relying on them.

The MLS® System data, including listing text and photos, is owned by Pillar 9™, which holds its copyright. Copyright by Pillar 9™. All Rights Reserved.

You may use listing information only for your own personal, non-commercial use and only to look for property you have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, store, redistribute or retransmit any listing information, or use automated tools to access the site.

Listing emails

If you sign up for listing emails, you become a registrant of our listing service and you agree that:

(1) these Terms of Use do not create a fiduciary obligation between you and us; (2) all listing data you receive is only for your personal, non-commercial use; (3) you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type of property being provided; (4) you will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided; and (5) you acknowledge Pillar 9™'s ownership of, and the validity of the copyright in, the MLS® System.

Signing up is free. These Terms do not create any financial obligation, and they do not create a representation or agency agreement between you and us. Any such agreement would be made separately, in writing, and clearly labelled.

We email you a copy of this agreement and only add you to the list after you confirm your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

No representation relationship

Using this website, submitting a form or receiving emails does not make you our client and does not create a brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship. That only happens through a separate written service agreement as required under Alberta's Real Estate Act.

Calculators and other tools

Mortgage calculators, estimates and similar tools on this site are for general information only and are not financial or legal advice. Information that does not come from the MLS® System is provided by us or by the source named next to it.
